Hmm
Late night, I went to Timi’s balcony to get the laundry. As I folded it, a Daewoo Cielo stopped in the parking lot for a few seconds, then took off in a hurry. A minute or so later, an old Dacia 1300 stopped not far from there, a guy came out while leaving his lights on, and went to the exact spot where the Cielo was. He was there for a quarter of an hour,doing something I couldn’t see, then he took off. Any ideas of what the heck did I witness?
Perhaps a drug deal?

Drug transaction, preferred method for a large quantity of hash, grass or K. The time makes sense for the latter two - it may have spilled out of the box/bag (only small quantities are “wrapped” in paper). Also, notice the cars - fairly normal priced car vs. very cheap car. Distributor vs. dealer. If he stopped before where the Cielo was then the lights were for him to see what he was doing.
(BTW if it was Special K, he might have snorted a line - that explaining the delay
